Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto 'Vanilla' collagen
  • 3/4 cups unsweetened milk of choice

  • keto sweetener of choice

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan set to low-medium heat. Stir occasionally for 5-6 minutes until mixture is thick. Add sweetener if desired to taste.
