Ingredients
- 1lb shrimp
- 4 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 2 Large shallots
- 1 Large lemon (zest and juice reserved)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (roughly chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup bone broth or chicken stock
- 3/4 cups parmesan cheese

| In a large cast iron skillet melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until pink, 2 minutes per side. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate. | |

| Add remaining butter and garlic to pan. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add wine, broth, lemon juice, zest, and crushed red pepper flakes and simmer 2 minutes, then add Parmesan and parsley and let cook 2 minutes more. Add zucchini noodles or low carb noodles of choice, toss until completely combined. Garnish with parmesan cheese. | |
