Ingredients
- 1/2 cup MuscleEgg 'strawberry' egg whites
- 3/4 cups oats
- 1-2 tablespoon sweetener of choice
- 4 Large strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt

| Preheat a medium sized pan under low-medium heat and coat with non stick spray or butter. Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Let sit for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly. | |

| Pour and divide batter onto pan. Cook until bubbles form on top and start to pop, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and let cook another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Top with maple syrup, peanut butter, almond butter, or coconut butter and fruit if desired. | |
