AUGUST- Sheet Pan Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 Large whole eggs
  • 2 cups MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Optional

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup ham
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a 11x14 sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper together and pour on the sheet pan. Bake for 20-22 minutes until eggs are cooked through (no loose liquid) and it has begun to pull away from the edges slightly.
Step 3
Slice into equal pieces and use on sandwiches or in wraps.
