Bacon Wrapped Figs With Maple Granola
Ingredients
- 10 thick slices turkey bacon (split lengthwise in half)
- 10 Large raw tiger figs (cut in half)
- 1/4 cup fat free feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Vermont Maple Pecan Granola
Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non stick spray. | |
Step 2 | |
Slice turkey bacon in half (lengthwise) to produce 20 long strips. Cut figs in half. Wrap figs in turkey strips and place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake for 22 minutes, flipping over 1/2 way through. | |
Step 3 | |
Remove from oven and top with feta and granola. |
