Banana Split Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/3- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup Strawberry MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 30 drops Berry Sweet Leaf Stevia or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 Medium banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate Halo Top ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts

Directions

Step 1
In a small mason jar, combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds, milk, MuscleEgg, and stevia. Stir until well combined. Add more milk to desired texture (it will thicken overnight. Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Add bananas and other toppings when you are ready to eat.
