Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 17.5oz Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Swerve, Lakanto, or Keto friendly sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix on high until smooth. Adjust sweetener to taste. Pour contents into a ice cream maker and churn to desired consistency. If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour contents into a large shallow dish and freeze, stirring every 1/2 hour until set.
