Ingredients
- 1 box Kodiak Cakes Blueberry Lemon Muffin Mix
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup oil of choice
- 2 Large whole eggs
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 cup blueberry preserves or jam (** TOPPING **)
Directions

| Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a cupcake pan with paper liners or coat with non stick spray. | |

| Combine muffin ingredients into a large bowl and mix well until smooth. Divide and pour batter into prepare cupcake pan. | |

| Bake for 12-15 minutes until slightly golden brown and a toothpick comes out slightly moist when poked through the center. Let cool slightly. | |

| Add 1-2 tbsp of preserves on top and add fresh blueberries if desired. | |
