Step 1

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cupcake tin with liners or coat with non stick spray. Add dry ingredients (1 cup almond flour, coconut flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda) to a small bowl and whisk to combine. |

| Add eggs to large bowl or stand mixer and beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy. Add mashed banana, milk, oil, vanilla extract, and honey . |

| With the mixer on low speed, slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix just until combined. Stir in chopped walnuts. |

| Divide and pour batter into prepared pan. In a small bowl mix 1 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of almond flour, coconut sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until topping is well combined. Sprinkle onto the tops of each muffin. |

| Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. |
