Step 1

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. |

| Add dry ingredients to a medium sized bowl (Kodiak, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon ). Set aside. |

| Add butter and coconut sugar to a large bowl or stand mixer. Beat until pale in color. Add vanilla extract and MuscleEgg. Mix on high until fluffy. |

| Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in two batches, mixing well between each addition. Portion and divide cookies onto prepared pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes. |

| Add coconut oil and butterscotch chips to a small bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Mix and reheat for an additional 30 seconds until chips are melted. Pour a couple one teaspoon onto each cookie. Add extra butterscotch chips and chopped pecans. |
