Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons finely shredded carrot
  • 1 scoop 'Snickerdoodle' PEScience protein (30% OFF coupon below)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cups milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons Vanilla MuscleEgg egg whites

Optional

  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 3 heaped tablespoons Granola Unleashed Vermont Maple Pecan

Directions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and stir until well combined. Refrigerate overnight. Re-stir to eat. Top with granola if desired for great crunch/texture.
