Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup finely shredded zucchini
- 2 tablespoons finely shredded carrot

- 3/4 cups milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons Vanilla MuscleEgg egg whites
Optional
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 3 heaped tablespoons Granola Unleashed Vermont Maple Pecan

| Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and stir until well combined. Refrigerate overnight. Re-stir to eat. Top with granola if desired for great crunch/texture. |
