Confetti Brownie Cookie Bars

Ingredients
- 1 packet 'Big Bear' Kodiak Cakes brownie mix
- 1 Large whole egg
- 1/4 cup 'Chocolate' MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 cups milk of choice
- 1 packet 'Bear Country' Kodiak Cakes cookie mix
- 1/4 cup 'Vanilla' MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
Directions

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9x12 pan with cooking spray. | |

| In the bowl of a stand mixer combine brownie mix, egg, egg whites, butter, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth, pour into prepared dish, and scrape sides as clean as possible. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup of the sprinkles. | |

| In the same stand mixer bowl combine Kodiak cookie mix, egg whites, milk, and softened butter. Slowly mix until well combined. Pour and spread out on top of brownie batter. Add remaining sprinkles. | |

| Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are slightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean when poked through the center. | |
