- 1/2 cup 'pumpkin spice' MuscleEgg egg whites
- 3/4 teaspoons ginger (spice)
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
