Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup 'pumpkin spice' MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 3/4 teaspoons ginger (spice)
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix on high until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Add ice if desired.
