Ingredients
- 1 box Kodiak Cakes "Double Chocolate" Muffin Mix
- 1 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 2 Large whole eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 3/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice mix
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

| Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and coat a mini muffin pan with non stick spray, butter, or coconut oil. | |

| Add all ingredients to a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix on high until smooth. Divide and portion batter into muffin pan. | |

| Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when poked through the center of muffins. | |
