| Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. |

| Place contents of tea pouches into a small food processor or clean coffee grinder. Pulse 10-15 seconds until finely ground. |

| Add tea, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and sweetener to a large stand mixer or bowl. Whisk until combined. Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix until combined and dough forms. |
Step 4

| Divide and portion cookies on cookie sheet. Roll into small bowls and press flat. These cookies will not rise or spread much so the shape you have them in is how they will bake. |
Step 5

| Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden brown on the bottom. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with melted coconut butter or chocolate if desired. |
