French Toast Sausage Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 3 Large whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup 'Pumpkin Spice' MuscleEgg Egg whites
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop 'Snickerdoodle' PEScience protein
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 10 pieces bread of choice
  • 10 turkey or chicken breakfast sausages

Directions

Step 1
Add eggs, egg whites, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and optional protein powder to a mixer of high speed blender. Mix on high until smooth and frothy. Pour into a shallow dish.
Step 2
Flatten bread a bit using a rolling pin. Place sausage link on one edge of bread and roll to close. Soak roll up in egg mixture and with seam side DOWN, place in heated pan. Repeat with remaining pieces. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 3
Preheat a cast iron griddle pan and coat with butter or non stick spray.
