Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Small sliced onion
- 1lb grass fed ground beef
- 16oz canned diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1lb green cabbage (roughly chopped)
- 4 cups beef bone broth or beef stock
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
Optional
- 1/2 cup baby carrots
Directions

Turn ON Instant Pot and set to SAUTE function +5 minutes. Add olive oil and onions. Sauté for 1 minute. Add ground beef and brown meat. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. | |
Step 2 | |
Turn Instant Pot OFF, then back ON and set to SOUP/STEW +20 minutes. Replace lid and close valve. When timer goes off, naturally release steam. Stir soup and adjust seasoning if needed. |
