Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter (softened)
- 1/3 cup swerve, golden Lakanto, or keto friendly sweetener of choice
- 2 tablespoons 'vanilla' MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips

| Add softened butter, MuscleEgg, sweetener, and vanilla extract to a large bowl or stand mixer. Beat on high until light and fluffy. Slowly add almond flour until mixture forms into a dough. Fold in chocolate chips and stir until well distributed. Place mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes. | |
