Ingredients
- 1 heaped tablespoon chipotle mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon chili lime seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons MuscleEgg plain organic egg whites
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 can tuna
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Add mayo, chili lime seasoning, smoked paprika, egg whites, and green onion to a small shallow bowl. Adjust salt/pepper to taste. Add in canned tuna, almond flour, and coconut flour. Carefully stir to coat. Divide and form patties. | |

Heat a cast iron skillet and coat with avocado oil. Place patties into hot oil and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. |
