JULY- Chipotle Lime Tuna Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tablespoon chipotle mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili lime seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons MuscleEgg plain organic egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions

Step 1
Add mayo, chili lime seasoning, smoked paprika, egg whites, and green onion to a small shallow bowl. Adjust salt/pepper to taste. Add in canned tuna, almond flour, and coconut flour. Carefully stir to coat. Divide and form patties.
Step 2
Heat a cast iron skillet and coat with avocado oil. Place patties into hot oil and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
