Step 1

| Preheat oven and grease a donut pan (6) with non stick spray or butter, set aside. |

| Chop bacon and cook under medium heat until crispy. Remove and reserve grease. |

| Add dry ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener to a stand mixer or large bowl. Mix on high until light and frothy. Pour in reserved bacon grease. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Let sit 2 minutes, stir. |
Step 4

| Pour into prepared pan and bake for 16-18 minutes. Mix melted coconut butter with maple extract. Drizzle on donuts and top with crumbled bacon. |
