Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Large whole eggs
- 3 tablespoons pecans (roughly chopped)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or ghee
- 3 tablespoons swerve, Lakanto, or keto friendly sweetener of choiceve
- 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
- 3 tablespoons Lakanto maple syrup (** GLAZE **)
- 1 tablespoon coconut butter (** GLAZE **)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. | |

Combined all scones ingredients into a stand mixer or large bowl. Mix just until combined. Divide and drop batter on baking sheets. | |
