Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Large whole eggs
  • 3 tablespoons pecans (roughly chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or ghee
  • 3 tablespoons swerve, Lakanto, or keto friendly sweetener of choiceve
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
  • 3 tablespoons Lakanto maple syrup (** GLAZE **)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter (** GLAZE **)

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Combined all scones ingredients into a stand mixer or large bowl. Mix just until combined. Divide and drop batter on baking sheets.
Step 3
Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
