Ingredients
- 4 cooked chicken breasts (cooled and roughly chopped or shredded)
- 4 thick slices cooked bacon
- 1 Small red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup olives (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Optional
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
