- 1/4 cup tiger nut flour
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon swerve, stevia, monk fruit sweetener
- 2 scoops Perfect Keto vanilla collagen powder
- 1/4 cup dark cacao or chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons milk of choice
