Low Carb Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk
  • 1 Large whole eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3 tablespoons butter or ghee

Directions

Step 1
Add coconut flour, psyllium husk, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk to combine. Add egg whites and stir well.
Step 2
Slowly add hot water, 2-3 tablespoons at a time until a firm dough forms. Let sit for 5 minutes, then form into even balls. Press dough between two sheets of parchment paper until 1/4" thick or desired thickness.
Step 3
Preheat skillet and coat with 1/2 tablespoon of butter or ghee. Cook each flatbread 2-3 minutes per side on low-medium heat until golden brown.
