Make Ahead Key Lime Parfaits
Ingredients
- 5 Dannon 'light & fit' Key Lime Greek yogurt
- 10 scoops vanilla or strawberry KidzShake protein
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 1/4 cup granola
Optional
- 1/4 cup Key Lime Pie MuscleEgg egg whites (to replace milk for added protein)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Add yogurt, protein powder, lime, lime zest, and milk or MuscleEgg to a blender or mixing bowl. Mix on high until smooth. | |
Step 2 | |
Portion yogurt mixture into mason jars, top with strawberries. Cover with lid and store in the fridge. Add granola upon eating. |
