Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 3 heaped tablespoons milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or ghee
- 1 splash maple or vanilla extract
