Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 Large whole egg
  • 3 heaped tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or ghee
  • 1 splash maple or vanilla extract

Optional

  • sweetener of choice to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well until smooth.
Step 2
Grease a ramekin or cup and pout batter in.
Step 3
Microwave on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
