March- Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons PB2/powdered peanut butter
  • 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 Large whole egg

Directions

Step 1
Coat a large mug or ramekin with non stick spray, butter, or coconut oil.
Step 2
Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Stir well util smooth.
Step 3
Microwave on high for 50-75 seconds.
