Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Kodiak Cakes all purpose baking mix
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup peaches
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped thyme
Directions

| Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. | |

| Add water, peaches, and chopped thyme to a saucepan set under low heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes until peaches are softened. | |

| Add flour, milk, sugar and butter until soft dough forms. Drop 6 spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet, evenly spread apart. Press small mound in the center of each cake. | |

| Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. | |
