Mocha Protein Mousse

Ingredients

  • 15oz low sodium black beans
  • 1 scoop 'Milk Chocolate' PEScience protein
  • 5 tablespoons 'Chocolate Caramel' MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Trader Joe's cold brewed coffee concentrate
  • 1 Starbuck's 'French Roast' Via packet
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder

Directions

Step 1
Drain and rinse black beans. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
Place all ingredients in a large food processor and blend on for 1-2 minutes. Wipe down edges and pulse until no lumps remain. Place in a container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
