OCTOBER- Pumpkin Spice Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 scoops Snickerdoodle protein powder (or vanilla protein powder + 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
  • 1 tablespoon stevia or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 3/4 cups quick oats
  • 1/4 cup MuscleEgg 'pumpkin spice' egg whites

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor. Mix on high until smooth and dough forms into a large ball.
Step 2
Portion and divide dough into small bite sized balls. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and stevia if desired.
