Open Face S’Mores Whoopie Pies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup 'Dark Chocolate' Kodiak Power Cakes
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup 'Chocolate' MusceEgg
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons milk of choice
- 6 sheets graham crackers (split in 1/2)
- 1 cup mini marshamallows
Directions

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a whoopie pie pan with non stick spray. | |

| Add all ingredients (EXCEPT graham crackers and marshmallows) into the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat on high until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 7-10 minutes. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Remove from oven and add one graham cracker square to the tops of each cake. Place mini marshmallows on top of graham crackers and place under broiler for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. | |
