Paleo Chocolate Chip Belgian Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup cassava flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup 'Chocolate' MuscleEgg
- 2 Large whole eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup stevia or sweetener of choice
- 1 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 3 tablespoons melted grass fed butter
- 1/2 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1 | |
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips in a large bowl or stand mixer. Slowly begin to beat until very well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Let sit for 5 minutes and preheat waffle iron. | |
Step 2 | |
Pour required amount of batter into waffle iron and cook until all edges are golden brown, crispy, and center is cooked through. |
