Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1lb grass fed ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chili paste or scriacha
- 2-4 drops liquid stevia or 1 teaspoon keto friendly sweetener of choice
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 carrot
- 2 scallions
- 4 Large whole eggs
- 1/2 cup kimchi
- 4 cups steamed riced cauliflower
Directions

| Add hot sauce, sesame oil, garlic, coconut aminos, sweetener, salt, and vinegar to a small bowl. Whisk well to combine. Adjust salt and heat to taste. Set aside. | |

| Add oil to a large pan and set to medium heat. Add ground beef to pan and brown. Add liquid mixture and reduce heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Remove meat from pan. Fry eggs in heated pan. | |

| Portion steamed cauliflower into bowls. Add meat, fried egg, carrots/vegetables of choice, and kimchi. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion if desired. | |
