Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup Lakanto or Swerve
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons Perfect Keto "Keto Butter"
- 1/2 cup milk of choice or heavy cream

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a mini muffin tin (24) with non stick spray, coconut oil, or butter. | |

| Add all ingredients to a large bowl or stand mixer. Beat on high for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth. | |
