Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
- 1 Medium cucumber (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (cut into 1" pieces)
- 1 bunch basil (finely copped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
