Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken (cooked and cubed)
- 10oz broccoli florets
- 1 cup riced cauliflower
- 1 Large whole egg
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup milk of choice

| Preheat oven to 400°F and coat a 3 quart baking dish with non stick spray or butter. | |

| Add mayonnaise, egg, spices, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese. Add chicken, broccoli, and riced cauliflower. Toss well until all ingredients are well coated. Transfer to baking dish. | |
