Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Perfect Keto Butter or almond butter (softened)
  • 2 scoops Perfect Keto 'vanilla' collagen
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Large whole eggs
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free chocolate chips or cacao nibs

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Let sit 2-3 minutes while pan heats up.
Step 2
Lightly grease pan with butter or non stick spray. Divide and pour batter onto pan. Cook pancakes 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Top with sugar free syrup and berries if desired.
