Ingredients
- 1lb grass fed ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cups cauliflower florets (chopped into 1)
- 14oz canned diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon swerve, golden Lakanto, or keto friendly sweetener of choice
Directions

| Turn Instant Pot ON and press SAUTE +10 minutes. | |

| Add olive oil to the pot and brown ground beef. Add chopped onion, cauliflower, and bell pepper. Sauté with ground beef for 2-3 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, garlic powder, sweetener, salt, and pepper. Add tomatoes and stir to combine. | |

| Replace lid and close valve. Turn Instant Pot OFF, then back on and press MANUAL +20 minutes. When timer goes off, release pressure manually and stir contents. Adjust seasoning if needed. | |
