Ingredients
- 2 Large whole eggs
- 2oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 scoop Perfect Keto 'vanilla' MCT oil powder
- 1 teaspoon keto sweetener of choice
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons wild blueberries
- pinch salt
Directions

| Combine all ingredients except blueberries in a medium sized bowl. Whisk well until smooth. Stir in blueberries. | |

| Preheat skillet under medium-low heat and coat with non stick spray, butter, or ghee. Pour pancake batter onto hot skillet. Cook on both sides until golden brown, 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with keto maple syrup, coconut butter, or butter. | |
