Perfect keto panna cotta

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons warm water
  • 2 teaspoons Grass fed gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 6 strawberries
  • 2-3 heaped tablespoons Swerve or keto friendly sweetener of choice

Directions

Step 1
Add warm water to a small bowl and sprinkle on gelatin. Stir well until dissolved and let bloom for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, add strawberries and heavy cream to a blender. Mix on high until very smooth. Add contents to a small pot set to low-medium heat. Stir well.
Step 3
When mixture just begins to bubble, turn off heat and let cool slightly. While whisking, slowly pour in gelatin mixture. Portion and divide mixture into serving dishes.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until completely set.
