- 1 scoop Perfect Keto 'Chocolate' collagen
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Large whole eggs
- 1 tablespoon lankanto golden sweetener or zero calorie sweetener of choice
- 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
