Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops Perfect Keto 'Salted Caramel' Collagen
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter or ghee
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon swerve, golden Lakanto, or keto friendly sweetener of choice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 3 heaped tablespoons canned pumpkin

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Whisk well until smooth. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet and grease with non stick spray or extra butter. Divide and pour batter onto pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on each side.
