Ingredients
- 3/4lb cooked/grilled shrimp (roughly chopped)
- 3 Large avocados (sliced in half, seed removed)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 3 tablespoons red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup cucumbers (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons jalapeño (finely minced)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
Optional
- 3 tablespoons shrimp cocktail sauce
