Ingredients
- 1lb grass fed ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Large lime (juice reserved)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 Medium avocado
- 1 Small roma tomato
- 1/3 cup cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 2/3 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
