Perfect Keto Tilapia Asian Slaw

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces tilapia
  • 3 heaped tablespoons Perfect Keto 'nut butter'
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely minced garlic
  • 2 drops liquid stevia
  • 4 cups cabbage slaw
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay tilapia filets in a single layer on parchment lined baking sheet. Pat dry and remove any excess liquid.
Step 2
Add Perfect Keto 'nut butter', sesame oil, garlic, coconut aminos, and stevia to a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and forms a thick paste. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Toss cabbage slaw with rice wine vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Coat fish with paste. Bake for 12-15 minutes, just until fish begins to flake. Remove from oven.
Step 5
Portion cabbage slaw and top with baked fish. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallion if desired.
