Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups brewed chai tea
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (full fat)
  • splash vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto 'vanilla' collagen
  • cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg (if desired)

Optional

  • 1 packet stevia

Directions

Step 1
Add all contents to a shaker cup and shake until well combined and smooth. Add a pinch of cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg for extra flavor if desired. Adjust sweetness with stevia to taste.
