Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 Large whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons swerve or zero calorie sweetener of choice
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 1/4 cup milk of choice

Add all ingredients to a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix well until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes. | |

Preheat waffle iron and coat with non stick spray, butter, or coconut oil. | |
Step 3 | |
Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown on each side. Place in the oven to crisp while you repeat cooking remaining waffles. |
