Ingredients

  • 6oz wild caught ahi tuna (chopped into 1/2" pieces)
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage
  • 2 cups riced cauliflower (steamed and cooled)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 2 Large radishes (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Medium avocado (sliced)
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1
Add mayo, lime juice, sriarcha, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Whisk to combine. Adjust seasoning and spice to taste. Add chopped tuna. Toss to coat.
Step 2
Assemble bowls by adding cooled cauliflower to bowls. Add veggies and tuna. Top with sesame seeds, an extra squeeze of lime juice, and chopped green onion if desired. Serve immediately.
