Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brewed Sweet Pumpkin herbal tea
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 scoop Pretty Fit Whey Vanilla protein
Directions

| Place oats, orange zest, orange juice, and honey in a small saucepan. Cook over low-medium heat until oats are fully cooked (roughly 5-7 minutes). | |

| Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Slowly stir in Pretty Fit protein. Add more liquid to desired consistency. | |
