PRETTY FIT: Sweet Pumpkin Orange Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brewed Sweet Pumpkin herbal tea
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 scoop Pretty Fit Whey Vanilla protein

Directions

Step 1
Place oats, orange zest, orange juice, and honey in a small saucepan. Cook over low-medium heat until oats are fully cooked (roughly 5-7 minutes).
Step 2
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Slowly stir in Pretty Fit protein. Add more liquid to desired consistency.
