Ingredients
- 1 Large head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup True Made Foods 'Veracha' Sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. | |

Cut cauliflower into 1"-2" pieces. Set aside. | |

Add sauce, maple syrup, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Mix until smooth. | |

Toss cut cauliflower in sauce until well coated. Place on baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown. |
